About Precision Carpentry of Westchester, inc.

Established in 1991, Precision Carpentry of Westchester, Inc. (PCW) has been working as a subcontractor with commercial real estate developers like the George A. Fuller Company and Cappelli Enterprises throughout the tri-state area for the past 26 years, boasting a diverse resume and the expertise to take any project from layout to millwork installation. Versed in all aspects of carpentry, drywall, and acoustics, PCW has successfully completed some of the highest-profile projects in the area, including many projects for the Trump Organization such as the Clubhouse at Trump National Golf course in Briarcliff Manor. In 2007, PCW was ranked by the Empire State Carpenters as the second-largest carpentry contractor in New York State (excluding NYC) and has several million square feet of space under its belt. In recent years, PCW has completed a large number of assisted living facilities for the Engel Group including 5 on Long Island, 2 in Westchester, and 1 in New Jersey.

Initially focusing on interior renovations, PCW has worked with companies such as Halpern Building Corp., Pavarini Construction, AP Construction, and W&M Properties, eventually expanding and becoming more diverse. As the company grew, we took on more diverse projects including high-rise condominiums, retail facilities, hospitals, and libraries.  One of our first full-service projects was the entertainment facility New Roc City for Cappelli Enterprises. Unlike many projects in PCW’s earlier years, this project included all of the theme work surrounding the ice rinks, bowling alley, and movie theatre in addition to the core and shell and tenant fit-out work.

PCW continues to expand its resume to include projects in the following sectors:

  • Commercial real estate

  • Retail

  • Hotel and Hospitality

  • Spas and Health Clubs

  • High Rise Apartments and Condominiums

  • Supermarkets and Restaurants

  • Healthcare and Hospital Facilities

  • Educational Facilities

PCW’s diverse resume includes:

  • Interior (light gauge) and exterior framing

  • Cold-Form framing

  • Panel installation

  • Acoustical ceiling installation

  • Trim and Millwork installation

  • Frames, door and hardware installation

  • Window installation
