Louis established Precision Carpentry of Westchester, Inc. in 1991 after working as a union carpenter for seven years.  Initially, the company focused on interior renovations and began working with local building management companies to build out tenant spaces.  An excellent salesman, Louis soon developed relationships with General Contractors and developers that brought larger projects to the table.  Louis continues to grow the business, increasing our volume and client base annually.

Mike has been working with PCW since 1999 and brought with him a wealth of experience as a Super, Project Manager and Estimator.  Working 19 years as a Super and PM with Halpern Building Corp., and then Mack-Cali, Mike gained invaluable experience.  He has successfully managed some of the largest carpentry projects in the county, including the Trump Tower in New Rochelle and the Renaissance Square project in White Plains.

Brian has been working with PCW since 2005 as a union carpenter, foreman, and layout man. While working in the field, he has moved up the ranks by proving to be an invaluable and critical team member on some of our largest and most prestigious projects such as Trump Tower, City Center and The Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester. Brian brings into the office the culmination of over 30 years of knowledge and experience of working in the commercial construction industry and continues today to be a critical team member that will help us move toward the future and confront the new challenges that this ever-changing business brings.
