The 2nd Phase of a 530, 206sf Project, with 541 modern residences and amenity space that includes a sky lounge and poolside terrace. Work consists of light gauge metal framing, acoustical ceilings, installation of doors and hardware, wood trim, apartment cabinetry and finish carpentry work.

 

Waterstone Senior Living Facility, White Plains, NY: A 237,962sf, modern senior living facility featuring 132 residences with amenities which include a wellness center, indoor pool, juice bar, salon, restaurant with private and main dining room, library and a maker space. Work consists of all structural and light gauge framing, interior carpentry, rough and finish carpentry, insulation and acoustic ceilings.

 

Church and Division Redevelopment Tower A, New Rochelle, NY: A 395,413sf, 28 Story residential building.  Phase I of a 329-million-dollar redevelopment project. Tower A includes 352 resident units and 12,530 SF of street level retail space. Work consists of light gauge metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, installation of doors and hardware, wood trim, apartment cabinetry and finish carpentry work.

 

 

The Club at Briarcliff - Briarcliff Manor, NY: The Club at Briarcliff is a senior living campus and a multi-phased project. Phase one consists of two Tudor-style apartment buildings with 287 units. The campus is comprised of assisted living, senior apartments and memory care apartments. One building rises 8 stories above grade with one level below grade, and the other rises 7 stories above grade with 3 levels below grade. The Bristol - Sayville: A 108,000 square foot, 135-unit assisted living facility located in Suffolk County, NY. This is a cold-formed wall system and concrete plank building. Included in the design is a 1,000 linear foot, framed Mansard roof. The Bristal - White Plains: A 144,000 square foot, 148 bed renovation of the Saint Agnes Hospital site. The interior work consists of a full build out including 136 rooms as living quarters, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a theater, swimming pool and a full-size operating kitchen. The challenge here was to renovate the three buildings, all of which used different methods of construction over the years. Hence, a higher level of budgeting, coordination, scheduling, and assisting in design was provided to the owner. PCW installed all walls, ceilings, windows, and finish carpentry items. Zucker Hillside Hospital Center - Glen Oaks: This new building located at the LIJ Hospital Center is a 105,000 square foot building. Work here was a joint venture with Facade Technology to construct the exterior of the building. The design consists of groups of soffits and piers called "Pods" making this a challenging project to frame. The finish application is a Swiss Pearl product from Switzerland referred to as a "Rain Screen" which consists of pre-cut panels made on a Z-girt system. This system allows water to drain between the panel and the exterior wall. The panels consist of many colors which were randomly installed to meet the architectural design. The Bristal - Northport:  A 118-room, 114,608 square feet living center including amenities such as a Salon, Theater and Dining Room. The design of the building contained a center hub and four wings off of the hub helps to keep a flow to the structure. The method of construction used cold-formed wall panels and concrete plank floors. The exterior of the building consists of E.F.I.S. and a cement based siding made by Nichiha. The design used was a red brick pattern along with the Tan E.F.I.S. and window Keys.
